Empower Prosperity Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Sarasota, Florida, dedicated to creating pathways to financial stability and economic mobility for individuals and working families. Founded in 2025 by Lucy Sorrentini and Matthew Herfield, the Foundation provides workforce development, financial literacy, career readiness, entrepreneurship, coaching, and life skills programs that equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve lasting success. Through strategic partnerships with employers, community organizations, and financial professionals, Empower Prosperity works to build stronger, more resilient communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and create a prosperous future.

Empower Prosperity Foundation accomplishes its mission by delivering comprehensive programs that help individuals build the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve long-term financial stability and economic mobility. Our core initiatives include financial literacy and financial wellness education, workforce development, career readiness, entrepreneurship training, leadership development, one-on-one and group coaching, mentoring, and life skills education. Participants receive personalized career and financial planning, job readiness support, employer connections, and access to community resources that promote sustainable employment and economic advancement.
